The staff of Stimezo Zwolle do their utmost to treat our clients as well as possible and to make their stay in our clinic as pleasant as possible. Nevertheless, it may happen that your stay in the clinic does not go entirely to your satisfaction. If this is the case, we would like to hear from you. We very much appreciate it when our clients report their experiences, even if it is a less than satisfactory experience.


If you have a complaint, it is best to discuss it directly with the person at Stimezo Zwolle where your complaint originated. If you do not wish to do so, you can also lodge your complaint with our independent complaints officer. Below you can read how this works.

The complaints officer

The independent complaints officer of Stimezo Zwolle ensures that complaints are handled properly and has drawn up a complaints regulation for this purpose. You can request this complaints regulation directly by filling in the complaint form. Our complaints officer registers the complaints he receives and will handle your complaint according to these regulations, completely anonymous. In this way, we will try to prevent a similar complaint arising in the future and to further improve our care. To submit your complaint, we ask you to use the complaints form opposite. Within five working days after the submission of your complaint, the complaint official of Stimezo Zwolle will contact you.


Disputes Committee for Care Institutions

If mediation by the complaints officer does not lead to the desired result, you can submit a formal complaint to the Disputes Committee for Care Institutions. The Health Care Disputes Committee does have the condition that you have first discussed your complaint with the complaints officer or with a member of staff of Stimezo Zwolle.
